Academic Innovation
Lumen Christi Academies is undertaking a comprehensive renewal of academic programs to meet the highest standards of 21st-century education. Blended learning strategies incorporate state of the art software, which allows students to learn at their own pace and level. By implementing small group instruction and individual practice, teachers can quickly measure learning performance and better focus their efforts on each child. STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) courses are featured prominently in a renewed the school’s curriculum.
Like all LCA schools, Queen of All Saints prioritizes continuous improvement and professional development for our teachers and principals. Each teaching professional will have a personal plan to be executed on an annual basis. Improvements will come in the form of more excellent content knowledge, new teaching techniques, higher credentials, and broader expertise across disciplines and grade-level capabilities.
Authentic Learning Environment
Queen of All Saints’ authentic learning environments can be applied across a range of disciplines and in a variety of modes. We use real-world examples to support our students’ subject-specific learning objectives. Our goal is to model behaviors, expectations, and examples as opposed to merely ‘telling’ our students about things. Examples of our innovation would be robotics club, wood-shop, and hands-on learning.
Queen of All Saints, A Lumen Christi Academy
Queen of All Saints is a culturally diverse Catholic community, offering a faith-based program dedicated to educating the whole child. Deeply anchored in a loving, safe, and inclusive environment, every LCA school is dedicated to teaching a rigorous, 21st-century curriculum. The curriculum is also supplemented with an enriching program of social and emotional learning, which enables each child to listen, share, collaborate, and communicate with their fellow classmates. The Christ Light is alive because of the mutual respect, kindness, and appreciation practiced in every classroom at Queen of All Saints.
Catholic Identity
All LCA schools, some dating back to the 19th century, have long been offering a faith-based learning environment. Catholic faith principles like love, charity, and hope form the foundation for every LCA school. Queen of All Saints continues to be a bastion of the Catholic faith, values, and teaching. With such special character, Queen of All Saints has been deeply valued in its surrounding community since the 1950s.
The Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet are an active order committed to responding to the urgent needs of our world. The Sisters are grounded in the Gospel, prayer, and community. Queen of All Saints strives to incorporate these qualities of our founding order’s commitment to Gospel, prayer, and community in all that we do. They inform our school’s decisions today.

Exciting developments are underway! We are in the process of expanding onto the land we recently acquired across the street. New building units will allow us to create additional classrooms, ensuring smaller class sizes as we continue to grow and better serve our students and community. Stay tuned for updates!
